• Your personal or project data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit permission.
• Any tools or platforms we use are GDPR-compliant or meet international privacy standards.
• You may request access to your stored data or ask for its removal at any time.

2. Project Terms & Conditions

We value mutual respect and clarity in our collaborations.

• A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is payable upon final delivery.
• Timelines vary depending on the project's scope, and delivery schedules are shared during the onboarding phase.
• Each milestone includes two free revisions. Additional changes may incur a fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Project scope or direction changes mid-way may affect timelines and costs and will be discussed in advance.
• Work begins only after final brief approval and payment confirmation.

3. Confidentiality Commitment

Your trust is our top priority.

• All files, content, strategies, and data shared by clients are treated as strictly confidential.
• We never disclose project details, visuals, or sensitive materials without your written consent.
• Signed NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be provided upon request.
• Internal access to your data is strictly limited to team members directly involved in the project.

4. Communication & Collaboration

• We communicate regularly via email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Response time is usually within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).
• For time-sensitive updates or revisions, clients are encouraged to notify the team in advance.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, you own full rights to the final deliverables.
• ASQ Creatives retains the right to showcase selected works for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
• Raw files (e.g., PSDs, AI files) are shared only upon prior agreement or at an additional cost.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are not applicable once the project has begun and initial concepts have been shared.
• If a client wishes to cancel midway, only the unutilized portion of the fee (if any) may be refunded, subject to team review.
• In case of project termination due to client inactivity for more than 30 days, the project may be closed without refund.
